When people think of church, they often picture one of two extremes: 1)A hard-nosed group of closed-minded nit-picks who like to judge people. 2) A bunch of weak, goody-goody, consumer-driven Ned Flanders types trying really hard to be cool.
The Well is a church, but...uh...not that. We are a group of ridiculously different people - some with a long-time church background and some with a long-time church-hating background. Our desire is to be a body of people that provides avenues to serve the community at large and exists as a safe place for people to learn, ask questions, and struggle with what it means to follow Jesus.
Don't be taken off guard, there are a lot of things about us that are not polished and a lot of things that are yet to be developed. But we want you to know that you are welcome to come and be cared for, loved, encouraged, and challenged at The Well regardless of your background or situation in life.
