Who We Are
Who We Are Our History Meet Our Leaders Values What We Believe
The Well is comprised of a broad, eclectic group of people. Many of them have lived in or come from such varying social, economic, ethnic, religious and cultural world-views, that The Well is the first place they have had the chance to count such different people as family.
We unapologetically follow Jesus. We are not ‘religious.' We follow Jesus. This means that along with the forgiveness, love, meaning, purpose, and life he gives us, also comes the messiness of trying to follow him in messed up world. We are not made up of people who have it all figured out or who have their act together. This means that if you are not sure about the whole Jesus thing, you are safe to hang out and ask questions (you won't be the only one).
At The Well, you find Jesus followers and Jesus doubters. Some have a background with church, some have a background of hating church. Nevertheless, because Jesus Christ honestly deals with our human nature and life, because Jesus won forgiveness for us, because he provides the way for frighteningly imperfect people to be embraced by a perfect God, live a meaningful life, and enter a perfect place; because of this, we follow Jesus. We love people, and we set up no human prerequisites for people to be loved, cared for, and served.
You are welcome to join the community of The Well, ask questions, enjoy life, develop personally, and impact your community. Just come by, give us a call, or send us an email.
